Jankovic Rating Scale(English)

• two subscales make up the scale referring to severity and frequency, constituting 5-point scales ranging from 0 to 4, where 0 indicates no symptoms and 4 indicates the most severe or frequent symptoms. The cale primarily focuses on the objective signs of blepharospasm but does incorporate some subjective symptoms such as whether the increased blinking and spasms are incapacitating
