- a safe, controlled clinical test where a precise dose of a suspected allergen is sprayed into the nasal mucosa to reproduce an allergic reaction. It is primarily used to confirm an allergic rhinitis diagnosis, pinpoint specific triggers (like dust mites or pollen), or support immunotherapy design. Also called Nasal Provocation
