• established in 2016 to investigate the natural history and outcomes of childhood onset Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. It now includes data on over 2200 patients from 54 centres worldwide. The consortium was responsible for the development of the first risk prediction model to predict sudden death in childhood HCM
