    • developed from the perspective of patients and caregivers to detect persistent consequences of stroke, primarily in patients with mild to moderate stroke. Version 3.025 is a 59-item self-report assessment of stroke outcome used to assess HRQoL. There are 8 domains: strength, hand function, mobility, physical and instrumental activities of daily living (ie, ADL and IADL), memory and thinking, communication, emotion, and social participation (the latter 2 rated in terms of frequency). Scores for each domain range from 0 to 100, and higher scores indicate a better HRQoL. Four of the subscales (strength, hand function, ADL/IADL, and mobility) can be combined into a composite physical domain
