  1. small for gestational age(English)

  2. second generation antipsychotic(English)

  3. supraglottic airway(English)

  4. Scar Global Assessment(English)

  5. squid giant axon(English)

    • in the early days of neurophysiology, this axon served as an excellent model system in membrane biophysics. Its large size (both in length and diameter), which allowed insertion of longitudinal intracellular electrodes, and its material toughness, i.e., its ability to absorb a fair amount of handling and physical manipulation without rupturing, were essential properties for its use as the first animal model for detailed mechanistic study of action potentials using intracellular electrodes
