spontaneous preterm birth(English)
- gestational age <37 weeks and referring to subtypes PTB-I and PTB-PPROM. Also denoted as PTB-S or sPTB. Women with this history are more often diagnosed with hypertension later in life. Therefore, early screening programs would be clinically beneficial in those women, preventing the onset of hypertension and consequently LVDD, potentially leading to HFpEF
